The hotel is centrally located, just behind Eastgate, less than a minute walk from bars and restaurants. The rooms are of good standard, comfortable, and spacious. Despite some noise from the music playing until early hours, the atmosphere is lively. While the dining experience was average, the Thai dishes stood out. The location is excellent for all amenities, but cleanliness needed improvement in some areas.

The hotel was huge and above a nightclub with deafening music, but the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location was central but noisy over the weekend. The dining experience could have been better with overcooked pre-made foods. The facilities were decent but street noise was a downside.
